Standard shipping on all orders is $9.95.

SHIPPING TIMES

Flourish Mums & Bubs will use reasonable endeavours to arrange dispatch of your items ASAP of you submitting your purchase with us. If you need it sooner, just contact us prior to purchase and we will do our best to fast track your purchase for an additional fee. The delivery time will vary depending on your location.

Please note our shipping days are: Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed and shipped on the next available shipping day. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery at peak times like Christmas and Easter. Orders are not processed or despatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Generally, most orders are sent with Australia Post and are therefore bound by Australia Post's delivery times. You can view these by visiting www.auspost.com.au

Covid-19 has made delivery times quite unreliable at times.

DELIVERY

If you are not home during business hours, a great alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly is to arrange it to be sent to your work address. If you write in the notes section “Authority to Leave”, your parcel can be left in safe place and you will not need to arrange collection if you are not at home to accept the delivery. Please note that this option is not covered by insurance. If you do not specify, your parcel will require a signature on delivery, and if you are not at home to accept delivery, a collection notice will be left. Please contact us if you do not receive this.

Please find approximate delivery times below from the day the order is placed to when it should be received:

• Orders to Capital Cities: 1-6 business days
• Other areas: 3-10 business days.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

If you have not given authority to leave parcel, and if you are not at home to receive your delivery a delivery attempt notice will be left and your order will be left at your local post office/ depot for collection.

Once the parcel has been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for their transit or the action of the courier services.
