What others have to say.… I knew that my husband and I would soon like to start trying for a baby, however I knew my cycles were a little abnormal. I had spotting at random points in my cycle and menstruation was 7+ days which was having an impact on my iron levels. I had started following Jodi's Instagram page after she recently provided doula services to my friend. It was there that I discovered her Fertility & Preconception Balancing Tea. I used it for approximately 2 months and the spotting stopped and menstruation shortened to 7 or less days. Subsequently, my husband and I conceived our baby in only 2 cycles. I truly believe that drinking the tea twice per day balanced my cycles and provided the right conditions for conception. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to conceive a baby.

I’m so grateful for Jodi's fertility and preconception balancing tea! My husband and I had been trying to conceive our second child for a few months, but my cycle was irregular. After meeting Jodi and drinking her tea for a month, my cycle went back to normal and then I got pregnant soon after. I've since switched to the pregnancy tea, which tastes delicious as well!

How to Brew Your tea?

I personally like my tea strong in flavour, I use 1 generous teaspoon of herbs per cup and allow it to brew for a good 10 minutes. For those who like a gentle flavoured tea, brew only 5 minutes. You can brew your tea herbs twice as the majority of herbs in my teas are Australian grown which provides a far superior herbal tea which is why the tea is still delicious on the second brew.

The longer brewing time allows the herbs to release their full flavour and beneficial value. For the most therapeutic benefit brew your tea over night which allows 8 hours for the herbs to release all their goodness

Add a little honey if you like your tea sweeter. Another fun way to brew your tea is “sun brewing”. A gentle process protecting the vitamin and mineral content of the herbs. Place ¼ cup of herbs in a litre jar, cover the herbs with water and give them a good shake. Cover the jar with a dark cloth and leave the brew in the sun for the day.

Drink 2-4 cups daily as a preconception and fertility tonic. Discontinue drinking once you know you’ve conceived
