Why drink Hormonal Bliss tea?

The answer to that question is quite simple. Most of us experience stress and stress is exhausting, leaving us feeling depleted and out of balance. When we experience stress it can effect our hormone balance resulting in a range of physical and emotional problems. Such as pms, infertility, depression, mood swings, loss of libido and so the list goes on.

Adaptogen herbs such as Shatavari root, Schisandra berry and Ashwaganda root have been defined as substances that enhance our ability to resist stress. A number of clinical trials demonstrate that adaptogens exert an anti-fatigue effect that increases mental work capacity. Helping us have enhanced attention and performance.

What others had to say….

I couldn't be happier with this wonderful tea created by Jodi. I intuitively knew that my hormones were all over the place and I needed a little natural support. I was after a tea that healed and realigned my hormones and Hormonal Bliss tea did exactly that. With every cup I can taste the love, thought and considered mixture that went in to creating this amazing tea. I've already restocked and can notice the positive effects the tea has already had on my body after drinking it for a few weeks.

I’ve been drinking Hormonal Bliss Tea 3 times a day for 6 months. I no longer have negative PMS symptoms and my periods aren’t as heavy as they were. My partner commented the other day that I seem less stressed lately, I believe it’s from drinking this tea daily. It tastes fab also.

How to Brew Your tea?

Hormonal Bliss tea requires a longer brewing time than most herbal teas due to the adaptogen herbs.

Use 1 to 2 generous teaspoons of herbs per cup and allow it to brew for at least 10 to 15 minutes. If you choose to brew the tea for a shorter brewing time you can brew the herbs a second time. Many of the herbs in my teas are Australian grown providing a far superior herbal tea which is why the tea is still delicious on the second brew.

The longer brewing time allows the herbs to release their full flavour and beneficial value. For the most therapeutic benefit brew your tea over night which allows 8 hours for the herbs to release all their goodness.

Another fun way to brew tea is “sun brewing”. A gentle process protecting the vitamin and mineral content of the herbs. Place ¼ cup of herbs in a litre jar, cover the herbs with water and give them a good shake. Cover the jar with a dark cloth and leave the brew in the sun for the day.

Drink daily 1-4 cups or as desired.
