HOW TO USE A SITZ BATH

As seen in this photo the Sitz bath bowl conveniently sits on your toilet. Using a Sitz bath bowl is more hygenic than sitting in the bath tub and you’ll use far less herbs to make your infusion.

Use the Perineum Herbs in the Sitz bath, starting around day three. Continue using for as long as needed. The brewing instructions on the back of the bag will tell you everything you need to know to get started. Pour the warm infusion into your Sitz bath and enjoy the pleasure of immersing your perineum and rectum into the warm bath. Soak for 10/15 minutes. When you have finished soaking gently and thoroughly dry.
